MACHINE : COOKIE DEHYDRATOR

DEHYDRATE: 12 HOURS

OATMEAL COOKIES INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup quick rolled oats
- 1 cup raw pecans
- ¾ cup raisins
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- ¼ teaspoon ground clove
- A pinch salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined.
- Form the dough into tablespoon sized balls, then place on parchment paper.
- Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and flatten to ¼-inch thickness.
- Remove cookies from the double parchment paper, then place onto parchment-lined Cookie Dehydrator trays.
- Select the Preheat function on the food dehydrator and press Start/Pause.
- Dry at 160°F for 12 hours, or until done.
- Remove the cookies carefully after 8 hours.
