OATMEAL COOKIES INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup quick rolled oats
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground clove
  • A pinch salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until combined.
  • Form the dough into tablespoon sized balls, then place on parchment paper.
  • Place another sheet of parchment paper on top and flatten to ¼-inch thickness.
  • Remove cookies from the double parchment paper, then place onto parchment-lined Cookie Dehydrator trays.
  • Select the Preheat function on the food dehydrator and press Start/Pause.
  • Dry at 160°F for 12 hours, or until done.
  • Remove the cookies carefully after 8 hours.
