ZUCCHINI CHIPS INGREDIENTS:
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Slice the zucchini into ¼-inch thick slices.
- Combine all ingredients together with the zucchini in a bowl and mix well.
- Place the zucchini slices evenly between the Chips Dehydrator trays.
- Select the Preheat function on the food dehydrator and press Start/Pause.
- Dry at 165°F for 12 hours, or until done.
