ZUCCHINI CHIPS INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS:

  • Slice the zucchini into ¼-inch thick slices.
  • Combine all ingredients together with the zucchini in a bowl and mix well.
  • Place the zucchini slices evenly between the Chips Dehydrator trays.
  • Select the Preheat function on the food dehydrator and press Start/Pause.
  • Dry at 165°F for 12 hours, or until done.
